Program Guarantee: iLs guarantees the effectiveness of our programs as well as the durability of our equipment. Based on consistently strong results in the areas of learning, attention and processing, we are proud to guarantee the cost of equipment for schools and clinics implementing iLs programs. That is to say, iLs will refund direct costs of equipment to those not satisfied in any way with program results.

Because of the diverse compliance inherent to home programs, this guarantee applies to programs conducted in schools and clinics only. iLs requests educators/clinicians complete a minimum of 3 iLs programs with clients/students who fit our standard profile before assessing the effectiveness of the program. We also request reasonable communication with iLs if there are concerns regarding the program. The guarantee is valid for one year from the purchase date.
