Autism Study: measuring the effect of iLs’ Sensory Motor Program on children with autism; 18 children – ages 5-12; single subject design, conducted by Dr. Teresa May Benson of The Spiral Foundation. Estimated completion date: July 2012

Autism Survey: survey conducted by research group to assess iLs-trained therapists’ experience using iLs methodology and equipment with children on the autism spectrum; survey compiles therapists’ experience using iLs with over 500 ASD children with the goal of determining which aspects of ASD are most effectively addressed by iLs. Estimated completion date: May 2012

Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) Study: study measuring the effect of iLs on arousal level in children with sensory processing disorder; 10 children ages 5-12; single subject design; pre/post measures include electro-dermal response, sensory processing measures, behavior assessment scale and auditory processing assessment. Study conducted by Dr. Sarah Schoen of The Sensory Processing Disorder Foundation; estimated completion date is Nov 2012.

Learning Difficulties: Washington state charter school pilot study measuring iLs program’s effect on LD population; 24 children ages 5-12; pre/post assessments include sensory processing, auditory processing, visual processing, standardized reading and math tests.  Study conducted by Susan Hughes, MD; estimated completion date is June 2012.
