Introductory Webinar for Professionals

This live, interactive 60-minute webinar is intended as an introduction to iLs methodology and equipment for clinicians and educators. Q&A session at the end. 1 Contact Hour or 0.1 AOTA CEUs. A completed quiz is required to receive credit.

Topics covered include:

  • the neurological basis for combining an auditory program with vestibular and visual exercises
  • a review of supporting research studies and data
  • populations most likely to benefit from iLs
  • introduction to the equipment, program structure and costs
  • Q&A

iLs Associate Webinar: Focus Applications

This live, interactive 60-minute webinar is for those who have completed iLs training, but would like more review on how to customize the four programs of the iLs Total Focus. The content of this webinar changes monthly. 1 Contact Hour or 0.1 AOTA CEUs. A completed quiz is required to receive credit.

Topics covered include:

  • Case study review: toddler on spectrum, young child with CP, child with mixed attention and academic issues, college student with head injury, adult with learning difficulties prior to head injury
  • Combining programs for complex cases
  • Customizing programs per time/financial constraints

Upon completion of this 1-hour professional development webinar, you will be able to:

  • modify programs to accommodate toddlers
  • describe at least two ways to combine three programs
  • adapt programs to adjust for limited client visits
  • explain how to check for bone conduction functionality
